Todd Boggess is the Business Manager for Secat, Inc. Todd is a 1998 graduate of the University of Kentucky with a B.S. in Economics. Following graduation, Todd spent two years as a software consultant with Systems & Computer Technology, where he worked directly with business officers and accountants in establishing financial and accounting processes for government entities. In 2001, Todd accepted a position with the University of Kentucky in the Sponsored Projects Accounting department. There, he coordinated all financial efforts between the federal/state funded grantor and the Principal Investigators on each research project.
In December of 2001, Todd joined Secat, Inc. as the Business Manager where he oversees all financial responsibilities of the business, including Payroll, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Budget Preparation. He also manages existing DOE contracts granted to Secat, Inc.
