Shridas Ningileri began his career at Secat in January 2002 as Project Manager. On July 1, 2009, Mr. Ningileri was appointed Director for the Center for Aluminum Technology (CAT) at the University of Kentucky, while also continuing his duties as Secat Project Manager. He has a Master's
Degree in Technology-Metallurgy with specialization in Industrial
Metallurgy from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.
He brings to Secat 21 years of experience in the foundry
industry with expertise in all areas including Melting, Manufacturing,
Quality Assurance and Customer Relations. He has extensive knowledge of the aluminum industry along with its education and research needs.
Shridas is a qualified
auditor for ISO and QS 9000. He is the designated Secat Quality Manager
as per the requirements of ISO 17025:2005 and is responsible
for ensuring that the Secat Quality System is maintained and coordinates
all activity with regards to System Surveillance with the auditing
body L-A-B.
Shridas is the technical interface between Secat and industry
and is responsible to represent industry and their requirements
at Secat. He is responsible for coordinating on DOE projects
and other projects including preparation of minutes and reports. |
