Tom Brackmann has been in the flat rolled aluminum industry since 1984. He started with ALCOA and then on with Norandal USA.

Tom joined Nichols Aluminum in 1998 as General Manager of the newly acquired Decatur Alabama plant. He served as President of Quanex’s Golden Aluminum subsidiary until his appointment as President of Nichols Aluminum in November 2003.

Tom is active with the Aluminum Association as a member of the Chairman’s Advisory Committee. He is a graduate mechanical engineer from Georgia Institute of Technology.
