Secat, Inc. Board of Directors Meeting

The Secat Board of Directors Meeting was held at the Marriott Griffin Gate, Lexington KY on February 24,2005.
The board was pleased to welcome Randy SChumaker, Chief Management Officer of Logan Aluminum Inc., who has been added as a new board member.
In addition to normal board business, Dr. Paul Jarley of the University of Kentucky Gatton School of Business and Economics gave a review of the recently awarded Sloan Center for a Sustainable Aluminum Industry.
The next Secat board meeting is planned for June 8, 2005.
