ASM International and Secat, Inc. Sign
Aluminum Technology Education Agreement

Secat, Inc. and ASM International have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to cooperate in the area of education related to aluminum technology.
The purpose of this agreement is to establish a basis of cooperation for Secat and ASM to increase their ability to support educational initiatives in the aluminum area. The initial focus of collaboration under this Memorandum of Understanding will be in support of efforts to develop an updated, online version of ASM's course "Aluminum and Its Alloys."
It is expected that ASM and Secat will identify other projects of joint interest, utilizing Secat's expertise in aluminum and ASM's information technology capabilities.
